I would like to say what an absolute pleasure it was to have Kim Schultze and Mary Ellen Petrone as my realtor team. While under the best of circumstances, selling one’s home can be rife with stress, I am delighted to say both Kim and Mary Ellen made the process downright enjoyable. The entire experience was top-notch, from the professional and engaging PowerPoint presentation they gave at our first meeting up until the last signatures were signed on the closing documents, these women were fully engaged. Since most people do not sell their homes on a regular basis, there were so many unknowns, but from the moment I hired them, they took control of my myriad of concerns. They knew things I couldn’t even think to ask. I had a ton of questions with no clear answers but these two women were never at a loss to offer excellent suggestions. For instance, I thought my kitchen might be a handicap to the sale as it was outdated in comparison to the rest of my house. Comparing my home before and after the staging, it looked as if they had taken a magic wand and cast a spell over the entire house, inside and out. Whenever I was nervous about something, they offered me sane guidance and kept the ball rolling. In the end, my house sold for way more than we initially marketed it at. The thing was, I knew they could do it and they did! The whole process was a joy. They always returned my calls promptly and I never once felt they were not on my side. They were pleasant, friendly, intelligent, and also had a good sense of humor. They were real people helping me deal with one of the biggest decisions in my life. I was always in great hands.
